What is HeartSomatics™?

For those who feel caught in the busyness of the mind and are curious about listening more deeply to the body

HeartSomatics is a body based approach to meditation that invites you to explore presence through the body rather than only through the mind. It offers a gentle rhythm of meditation, somatic awareness and shared reflection.

Through these practices you gradually learn how to settle and regulate your nervous system. As the body begins to experience more inner safety, it becomes easier to sense what is happening inside rather than becoming overwhelmed or shutting down.

From this steadiness, many people begin to notice the quiet guidance of the body more clearly. A subtle sense of what feels aligned, what does not, and what truly matters. Over time this listening becomes practical. You learn the art of staying present with sensation, allowing emotions to move and settle, and responding to life with greater clarity and self trust.

Many members arrive simply looking for a place to pause. A space to meditate, reflect and step out of the constant movement of daily life. Over time they begin to discover how powerful it can be to listen to the body in this way. What brings people together here is a shared curiosity about how awareness and presence can be lived through the body and how learning to listen inwardly can guide the way we relate, make choices and live what matters in everyday life.

A gentle introduction

At the heart of this membership

At the centre of HeartSomatics™ is the radiant heart. Not as something sentimental or soft and vague. Not as trying to be loving all the time or performing calm so that everything appears fine on the surface.

I am speaking about the steady place inside you that knows when something matters. The place that feels it in your chest when something is unfair, when something is beautiful or when something is not quite right for you.

It is the part of you that can feel hurt without pretending it does not matter. The part that recognises warmth, connection and truth even if you cannot fully explain it in words.

The heart is what we most long to open and what we most instinctively guard.

Inside this membership we explore meditation through the body. Learning to notice sensation, emotion and inner resonance in a slower and more embodied way.

As the nervous system settles and the body begins to feel safer, it becomes easier to sense this inner place of knowing.

We practice returning to ourselves in ordinary moments and learning to live from resonance rather than pressure.

This is not about becoming a better version of yourself. It is about softening protective holding so authenticity can emerge naturally.

Imagine your week feeling more like this

If meditation has felt difficult for you...

Many people are introduced to meditation as something we should simply sit down and do with the mind. Focus on the breath. Calm the thoughts. Try to stay present.

For some people this works well but for others it can feel frustrating, agitating or even overwhelming.

You might notice your mind becoming busier rather than quieter. You might feel restless in your body, emotionally flooded or strangely numb and disconnected. Some people find themselves drifting away from their experience rather than becoming more present.

HeartSomatics begins from a different place. Rather than trying to control the mind, we begin with nervous system regulation and learning to listen to the body. Awareness is allowed to settle gradually through sensation and breath until a deeper sense of presence begins to emerge.

Over time this creates a steadier foundation for meditation and allows the heart to open in a way that feels natural rather than forced.

The HeartSomatics™ Mandala

This sits at the heart of the membership

A contemplative map of the radiant heart, guiding you through eight pathways of embodied exploration. Rather than randomly grabbing practices, the Mandala helps you orient to where your heart feels guarded, where it is softening, where aliveness is already present and what feels ready for gentle attention.

We move slowly around the Mandala across seasons, allowing each pathway to become lived rather than rushed. The eight pathways are:

  1. Inner Safety & Regulation
Developing a sense of inner steadiness so the heart no longer has to brace.

  2. Feeling & Emotional Flow
Learning to let emotion move through the body without abandoning yourself.

  3. Embodiment & Vitality
Reconnecting with the living intelligence of your body and softening patterns of holding.

  4. Stillness & Presence
Waking up from autopilot and building the capacity to stay present.

  5. Choices & Boundaries
Honouring your needs and limits without shutting down your heart.

  6. Being Fully You
Allowing authenticity and aliveness to emerge without force or performance.

  7. Inner Knowing & Connection
Attuning to the quieter rhythm of guidance beneath striving.

  8. Living What Matters
Letting your outer life gradually reflect your inner truth.

You do not have to keep up. You move at the pace your nervous system can integrate.
