Welcome to the HeartSomatics™ Communtiy

For midlife women who are tired of just surviving and ready to feel alive again

You wake up already spinning. Replaying last night, planning today, dreading all of it before you have even gotten out of bed.

You go through the motions: work, conversations, responsibilities. But none of it feels real. You are there, but you are not really there. The conversations stay surface level. The weather, what is on the news, who is on Strictly Come Dancing. Nothing that actually matters.

You are exhausted, anxious, overwhelmed. And if you are honest, you have been living in your head for so long you cannot remember the last time you felt truly present in your own life.

You want your energy back. You want to enjoy your life instead of just surviving it. But you do not even know where to start, because you have spent so long taking care of everyone else that you have lost touch with what you actually need.

If this sounds familiar, you are in the right place.

HeartSomatics is a membership community for midlife women who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and remember what it feels like to be alive in their own skin.

This is not about fixing yourself. It is about coming home to yourself.

What is HeartSomatics™?

A gentle path back to yourself through the wisdom of your body

If you have been living in your head for so long that you have lost touch with your body, this is where you learn to come back.

HeartSomatics is a somatic practice that teaches you how to listen to your body, not just your thoughts, as a source of guidance, presence, and calm. Through simple, accessible practices, you will learn to settle your nervous system, feel your emotions without being overwhelmed by them, and reconnect with the quiet knowing that has been there all along.

This is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you are underneath the anxiety, the overwhelm, and the constant doing.

Many women arrive here simply looking for a place to pause and breathe. Over time, they begin to notice something shifting: more presence, more clarity, more capacity to respond to life instead of just reacting to it. A warmer relationship with their own body. A deeper sense of trust in themselves.

This work is steady, gentle, and cumulative. You do not have to rush. You move at the pace your nervous system can integrate.

A gentle introduction

At the heart of this membership

HeartSomatics exists because somatic practice changes lives.

When you learn to work with your body, not just your mind, something shifts. You begin to feel more present, more grounded, more capable of meeting life as it is. This is not about managing symptoms or calming anxiety for a moment. It is about creating the conditions for a genuine collaboration between body and mind.

At the heart of this community is a simple intention: to make these practices accessible, steady, and held within genuine connection. Every month, we gather live for somatic inquiry sessions. Between sessions, you have access to practices, reflections, and resources to support your ongoing exploration. And always, there is community. Women who understand what it means to feel disconnected and are willing to show up honestly as they reconnect with themselves.

This is not about fixing yourself. It is about coming home to yourself.

Imagine your week feeling more like this

What is somatic inquiry?

Somatic inquiry is simply the practice of turning attention toward the body with curiosity and without agenda.

Rather than trying to fix, change or calm what is there, we learn to be present with it. A tightness in the chest. A heaviness in the belly. A subtle sense of aliveness or contraction. We slow down enough to notice and allow the body to be heard.

This is different from most approaches to meditation or self-development which tend to work primarily with the mind - reframing thoughts, setting intentions or trying to think our way to clarity.

Somatic inquiry begins from a different place. The body already holds a great deal of information about what we need, what we feel and what matters to us. Much of it has never been put into words. Inquiry creates the conditions for that knowing to surface gradually and naturally.

It does not require any prior experience. Only a willingness to slow down and listen.

This community is accessible, spacious and there when you need it. You can join monthly and stay for as long as it feels nourishing. There is no pressure to commit beyond what feels right for you.

Over time people begin to notice more moments of presence and softness, a greater range of emotional feeling without becoming overwhelmed, less numbing or bracing in the body. A growing ability to pause rather than react. A warmer relationship with the body, deeper self trust and a quieter sense of inner steadiness.

These shifts are often subtle at first. Small changes that accumulate gently over time.

Monthly Membership - £21 per month

You will have full access to 2 live sessions each month: the Drop In, where you can bring your questions and curiosities, and the Somatic Inquiry Circle, a guided practice with space for inquiry and witnessing.

Also included: a 1:1 onboarding call for personalised guidance, access to all modules and the full Practice Library, community space, and direct messaging support inside the Somatic Wellness Hub. New content added as it is released.

No contract. Cancel anytime.

The HeartSomatics™ Mandala

A somatic learning journey at the heart of the community

The HeartSomatics Mandala is a structured journey through eight pathways of somatic inquiry and embodied exploration. Rather than randomly grabbing practices, the Mandala helps you orient to where your heart feels guarded, where it is softening, where aliveness is already present and what feels ready for gentle attention.

We move slowly through each pathway, allowing the learning to become lived rather than rushed. You do not have to keep up. You move at the pace your nervous system can integrate.

The eight pathways are:

  1. Inner Safety & Regulation
Developing a sense of inner steadiness so the heart no longer has to brace.

  2. Feeling & Emotional Flow
Learning to let emotion move through the body without abandoning yourself.

  3. Embodiment & Vitality
Reconnecting with the living intelligence of your body and softening patterns of holding.

  4. Stillness & Presence
Waking up from autopilot and building the capacity to stay present.

  5. Choices & Boundaries
Honouring your needs and limits without shutting down your heart.

  6. Being Fully You
Allowing authenticity and aliveness to emerge without force or performance.

  7. Inner Knowing & Connection
Attuning to the quieter rhythm of guidance beneath striving.

  8. Living What Matters
Falling back into the aliveness that has always been here, and letting life organise itself from there.
