If it feels ok, place a hand on your belly. Notice your breath there, just as it is. There's nothing to change. Simply noticing is enough.​ You might become aware of thoughts or judgements arising. Perhaps about the breath, or about your body. If so, see if you can notice those too, without following them or trying to push them away.​ Let this be a moment of gentle curiosity. A moment of holding yourself with kindness.

I want to reassure you that reconnecting with the life force energy doesn't require long practices or more doing. The Micro Pause is about creating safety, softening and regulation in just a few seconds, right in the middle of real life. This isn't about adding anything to your plate. It's about returning to yourself, gently through grounding, regulation and finding your centre.
