Are you craving connection?

Not the surface kind, something far deeper than that

The Women's Circles support you to return to yourself, to your body and the quiet truth that lives beneath all the noise of daily life and all the roles you are holding. We live in a time of rising anxiety and growing isolation, a time when women, more than ever are exhausted and disconnected, showing up for everyone around us whilst quietly losing touch with the most essential part of ourselves. And yet something else is also rising, something ancient and deeply feminine, a remembering that is moving through women everywhere.

Women have always gathered in circles

Holding space for all of you

Women have always gathered in circles. There is something in us that knows how to be with each other in this way — honestly, quietly, without needing to fix or perform or hold it all together.

This circle is for the woman who does that holding for everyone else. Who shows up, keeps going and rarely gets to simply be received.

We gather in person with a simple opening, time to share and be witnessed, a close. That is all. There is no agenda and nothing to achieve. You do not need to bring anything except yourself and whatever is alive for you right now.

This is a space for the spiritually curious and for those already finding their way home to themselves.

Who this circle is for

Heart-led women who have done some inner work and knows there is more available to her

You are curious about your body, your nervous system and the quieter intelligence that lives within you. You are tired of living mostly in your head and you are ready to feel your way home instead.

You are longing for a space that goes a little deeper, where the connection is not just with others but with yourself, where you can be honest, be still and be genuinely met by women who understand this kind of inner territory.

You do not need any previous experience of somatic work or meditation. You simply need a genuine willingness to slow down and listen to the whispers of your body, your heart and your soul.

This is a space for all bodies.

Somatic wisdom for awakening, healing and aliveness

Laura Starky is the founder of the Somatic Wellness Hub with over 25 years’ experience in trauma, mental health and substance misuse. Her work combines trauma-informed somatic therapy with non-dual contemplative wisdom, supporting adults who understand their patterns intellectually yet still find themselves caught in repeating emotional reactions or nervous system overwhelm. Alongside her therapy practice, Laura teaches embodied meditation and holds small group circles that support people to reconnect with the body and integrate their experiences in everyday life.
